Amy Shema

University of Rochester
Amy Shema is a PhD candidate at the Warner Graduate School of Education at the University of Rochester in the department of Teaching and Curriculum. She is a certified elementary school teacher and currently works with teachers to develop health and wellness curriculum at an urban school. Her areas of research include: family studies, curriculum development, literacy learning, social foundation, critical theory, qualitative research methods, queer studies, and creative play.
