Digital Storytelling: Creating Interactive Lessons and Assignments with Twine

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Twine is a free, easy to use program that can enhance and gamify your teaching and your students’ learning. Twine requires no programming experience and a small time commitment to get started, and the projects you or your students can create with it are almost endless. Get your students more involved in creative writing by using Twine to develop interactive stories or create digital archives or timelines. In history classes, give your students historical context and empathy with an immersive version of the Underground Railroad or the Diary of Anne Frank. Twine could even (with a little outside-the-box thinking) be used to help students explore the human body or the relationships within an ecosystem!
